When trying to remove adhesive tape stains from fleece, it is important to take your time and be gentle to avoid damaging the material. First, use a dull knife to scrape away as much of the adhesive residue as you can. Be sure not to use too much pressure so that you don’t tear fabric. Next, rub the area with rubbing alcohol or an all-purpose cleaner. Finally, rinse the spot with cold water and let it air dry.

It may take several attempts with different cleaning products to completely remove the stain. For stubborn stains, you may want to try soaking the area in warm water and detergent for a few hours before repeating steps above. If stain persists, consider using a commercial stain remover or taking item to a dry cleaner.

Once the stain is gone, make sure to clean the entire item regularly with a mild detergent and cold water. This will help keep your fleece looking like new and prevent any future stains from setting in.
