- White vinegar
- Soft cloth
- Hair dryer
Step by Step Guide to Remove Adhesive Tape Stains from Cotton Canvas
- If the adhesive tape is still attached to the fabric, remove it. It is best to peel it off gently, instead of using force.
- Rinse the stain area with cold water.
- Spray white vinegar onto the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Take the soft cloth and carefully dab the stain area.
- Turn on hair dryer and set it to a lower heat setting. Blow the warm air onto the stained area, while gently lifting edges of fabric.
- Once the adhesive tape stain is gone, rinse the fabric with cold water once again.
- Finally, hang it up to dry and enjoy fabric free from sticky residues.
