What You'll Need
- Dishwashing liquid
- White vinegar
- A soft cloth
- A clean cloth
Instructions
- Using a soft cloth, gently rub dishwashing liquid on the adhesive tape stain. Keep rubbing until the stain is completely saturated with soap.
- After the stain is saturated with soap, wet another clean cloth with white vinegar and gently rub over the stained area. As you rub, the vinegar will help dissolve the adhesive residue.
- When stain has been removed, rinse the area with plain water and dab it with a dry cloth. You should now have a clean, uncluttered coat.
Tips
- If you are dealing with a tough stain, you can mix equal parts of dishwashing liquid and white vinegar and use that solution to treat the stain.
