No matter activity, adhesive tape is an essential tool to keep up the pace and reach your goals. However, when the tape is removed from activewear, it often leaves behind a sticky residue that attracts dirt and grime.

If you find yourself with sticky residue on your activewear, never fear! With a few simple household items, you can easily remove adhesive tape stains from your favorite pieces.

Step 1: Apply Laundry Detergent and Water

First, fill a clean sink with warm water and add a few drops of laundry detergent. Soak the activewear for 15 minutes, then check to see if the adhesive tape residue has softened.

Step 2: Wipe Away Residue with a Cloth

Once the adhesive tape residue has softened, take a cloth and gently wipe away residue. Make sure the cloth is damp, but not dripping wet, and use a gentle, circular motion to remove residue.

Step 3: Launder as Usual

Once all adhesive tape residue has been removed, launder the activewear as usual. If you're unsure about any care instructions, always refer to label. This will help ensure your activewear stays looking its best.

By following these simple steps, your adhesive tape stains will disappear quickly, leaving your activewear looking as good as new.
